Anti-SNF7 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SNF7 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CHMP4A gene, which encodes charged multivesicular body protein 4A. This protein is known to function in autophagy pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of SNF7 has a canonical amino acid length of 222 residues and a protein mass of 25.1 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. SNF7 is a member of the SNF7 protein family.
