Anti-Tac2r antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Tac2r is a known alias name of the protein tachykinin receptor 2, encoded by the TACR2 gene in humans. This 398-amino acid residue protein is a receptor for the tachykinin neuropeptide substance K (neurokinin A). It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for Tac2r include NK2R, NK2R, and NKNAR. Indicated applications for Tac2r antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
