Anti-SR-25 Antibody Products

Anti-SR-25 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SR-25 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ARL6IP4 gene, which encodes ADP ribosylation factor like GTPase 6 interacting protein 4. This protein is known to function in mRNA processing and RNA splicing, among other biological roles. The human version of SR-25 has a canonical amino acid length of 237 residues and a protein mass of 26.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include SFRS20 and SRp25.

I express recombinant proteins with HA tag in mammalian cells and try to monitor condensate formation with osmotic stress. Since there are no good antibodies against my protein of interest, tagging with a small HA tag allows visualization of my protein with the help of immunofluorescence.
