Anti-SM25H2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SM25H2 is a known alias name of the protein F-box and WD repeat domain containing 10, encoded by the FBXW10 gene in humans. This 1052-amino acid residue protein is a suspected substrate-recognition component of a SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein)-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins.
