Anti-O/E-2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the O/E-2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the EBF3 gene, which encodes EBF transcription factor 3. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of O/E-2 has a canonical amino acid length of 596 residues and a protein mass of 64.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. O/E-2 is a member of the COE protein family. Indicated applications for O/E-2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
