Anti-NOXRED1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein NADP dependent oxidoreductase domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 359 amino acid residues and a mass of 39.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably expressed in the testis. A member of the Pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase protein family, NOXRED1 is a suspected oxidoreductase. Synonyms for this target antigen include pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase-like protein C14orf148, and NADP-dependent oxidoreductase domain-containing protein 1. NOXRED1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These NOXRED1 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
