Anti-P61-YES antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The P61-YES antigen is another term for the human protein YES proto-oncogene 1, Src family tyrosine kinase, encoded by the YES1 gene. The protein is known to function in cell differentiation and innate immune responses, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 543 residues and a mass of 60.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in the epithelial cells of renal proximal tubules and stomach as well as hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow and spleen in the fetal tissues. The P61-YES protein is a member of the Tyr protein kinase protein family. Other alias names for P61-YES include HsT441 and Yes. Western Blot is the most common application for the P61-YES antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
