Anti-PAQR11 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PAQR11 antigen is another term for the human protein monocyte to macrophage differentiation associated, encoded by the MMD gene. The protein is reported to be involved in dynamics of lysosomal membranes associated with microglial activation following brain lesion. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 238 residues and a mass of 27.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the lysosomes. The PAQR11 protein is a member of the ADIPOR protein family.
