Anti-NET41 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NET41 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TYSND1 gene, which encodes trypsin like peroxisomal matrix peptidase 1. This protein is known to function in proteolysis, among other biological roles. The human version of NET41 has a canonical amino acid length of 566 residues and a protein mass of 59.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the peroxisomes of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. NET41 is a member of the Peptidase S1B protein family.
