Anti-NET1A antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NET1A antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NET1 gene, which encodes neuroepithelial cell transforming 1. This protein is known to function in intracellular signal transduction and the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological roles. The human version of NET1A has a canonical amino acid length of 596 residues and a protein mass of 67.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells. This target antigen may also be known as ARHGEF8. Western Blot is the most common application for the NET1A antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
