Anti-P125A antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target P125A is a known alias name of the protein SEC23 interacting protein, encoded by the SEC23IP gene in humans. This 1000-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in the organization of endoplasmic reticulum exit sites. It is localized to the cytoplasmic vesicles, ER, and membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for P125A include MSTP053 and P125. Indicated applications for P125A antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
