Anti-PP2C-eta antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PP2C-eta antigen is another term for the human protein protein phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ dependent 1M, encoded by the PPM1M gene. The protein is known to function in protein dephosphorylation, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 459 residues and a mass of 51.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. The PP2C-eta protein is a member of the PP2C protein family.
