Anti-KCa2.3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target KCa2.3 is a known alias name of the protein potassium calcium-activated channel subfamily N member 3, encoded by the KCNN3 gene in humans. This 731-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in potassium ion transport, among other biological processes. It is localized to the membrane of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in the urinary bladder, colon, cerebellum, caudate, and bone marrow. The term SK3 is another synonym for KCa2.3. Indicated applications for KCa2.3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
