Anti-Nolz1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Nolz1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ZNF503 gene, which encodes zinc finger protein 503. This protein is known to function in the regulation of cell proliferation and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of Nolz1 has a canonical amino acid length of 646 residues and a protein mass of 62.6 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Nolz1 is a member of the Elbow/Noc protein family.
