Anti-PDIP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PDIP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the HELZ2 gene, which encodes helicase with zinc finger 2. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of PDIP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 2649 residues and a protein mass of 294.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. PDIP1 is a member of the DNA2/NAM7 helicase protein family.
