Anti-MST126 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MST126 is a known alias name of the protein MINDY lysine 48 deubiquitinase 3, encoded by the MINDY3 gene in humans. This 445-amino acid residue protein is a known hydrolase that can remove 'Lys-48'-linked conjugated ubiquitin from proteins. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be widely expressed with high levels in the heart, skeletal muscle, and kidney, and low levels in the liver and brain.
