Anti-HNRNPGT antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HNRNPGT is a known alias name of the protein RBMX like 2, encoded by the RBMXL2 gene in humans. This 392-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in RNA splicing, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in spermatocytes and less in round spermatids. The term HNRPGT is another synonym for HNRNPGT.
