Anti-H4FL antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The H4FL antigen is another term for the human protein H4 clustered histone 7, encoded by the H4C7 gene. The protein is an important component of nucleosome. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 98 residues and a mass of 11 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and chromosomes and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The H4FL protein is a member of the Histone H4 protein family.
