Anti-GRAF3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GRAF3 is a known alias name of the protein Rho GTPase activating protein 42, encoded by the ARHGAP42 gene in humans. This 874-amino acid residue protein is believed to influence blood pressure by functioning as a GTPase-activating protein for RHOA in vascular smooth muscle.
