Anti-MAU2L antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MAU2L is a known alias name of the protein MAU2 sister chromatid cohesion factor, encoded by the MAU2 gene in humans. This 613-amino acid residue protein is known to play an important role in the loading of the cohesin complex on to DNA. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell.
