Anti-KANSL1L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein KAT8 regulatory NSL complex subunit 1 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 987 amino acid residues and a mass of 112.3 kDa. Up to 4 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Post-translational modifications have been described, including acetylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include KIAA1267-like, male-specific lethal 1 homolog, and KAT8 regulatory NSL complex subunit 1-like protein. KANSL1L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some KANSL1L antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
