Anti-HOM-TES-85 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HOM-TES-85 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the LUZP4 gene, which encodes leucine zipper protein 4. This protein is known to be an export adapter involved in mRNA nuclear export in cancer cells. The human version of HOM-TES-85 has a canonical amino acid length of 313 residues and a protein mass of 35.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the testis. Other names for this target antigen include CT-28, CT-8, and CT28. Indicated applications for HOM-TES-85 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
