Anti-hHCP-6 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The hHCP-6 antigen is another term for the human protein non-SMC condensin II complex subunit D3, encoded by the NCAPD3 gene. The protein is a regulatory subunit of the condensin-2 complex, a complex which establishes mitotic chromosome architecture and is involved in physical rigidity of the chromatid axis. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1498 residues and a mass of 168.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Other alias names for hHCP-6 include CAP-D3, CAP-D3, and CAPD3. Indicated applications for hHCP-6 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
