Anti-MAPKKK1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The MAPKKK1 antigen is another term for the human protein mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 1, encoded by the MAP3K1 gene. The protein is a known component of the protein kinase signal transduction cascade. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1512 residues and a mass of 164.5 kilodaltons. It is widely expressed in many tissue types. The MAPKKK1 protein is a member of the STE Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. Other alias names for MAPKKK1 include MEKK and MEKK 1. Western Blot is the most common application for the MAPKKK1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
