Anti-LGCR antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the LGCR antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the EXT1 gene, which encodes exostosin glycosyltransferase 1. This protein is known to function in axon guidance and the Wnt signaling pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of LGCR has a canonical amino acid length of 746 residues and a protein mass of 86.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER and Golgi of cells. LGCR is a member of the Glycosyltransferase 47 protein family.
