Anti-HNRPGT antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The HNRPGT antigen is another term for the human protein RBMX like 2, encoded by the RBMXL2 gene. The protein is known to function in RNA splicing, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 392 residues and a mass of 42.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is reported to be highly expressed in spermatocytes and less in round spermatids. Other alias names for HNRPGT include HNRNPG-T and HNRNPGT.
