Anti-FNDC2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target FNDC2 is a known alias name of the protein fibronectin type III domain containing 1, encoded by the FNDC1 gene in humans. This 1894-amino acid residue protein is believed to be an activator of G protein signaling. The protein is secreted and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types.
