Anti-Gnt1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Gnt1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the UGT1A10 gene, which encodes UDP glucuronosyltransferase family 1 member A10. This protein is known to function in the metabolism of lipids and liver development, among other biological roles. The human version of Gnt1 has a canonical amino acid length of 530 residues and a protein mass of 59.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells. Gnt1 is a member of the UDP-glycosyltransferase protein family. Indicated applications for Gnt1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
