Anti-HYX antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HYX is a known alias name of the protein cell division cycle 73, encoded by the CDC73 gene in humans. This 531-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the cell cycle and the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for HYX antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
