Anti-MANI antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MANI antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FAM168B gene, which encodes family with sequence similarity 168 member B. This protein is known as an inhibitor of neuronal axonal outgrowth. The human version of MANI has a canonical amino acid length of 195 residues and a protein mass of 20.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the heart muscle and skeletal muscle. MANI is a member of the FAM168 protein family. Indicated applications for MANI antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
