Anti-KIR2DL5.3 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The KIR2DL5.3 antigen is another term for the human protein killer cell immunoglobulin like receptor, two Ig domains and long cytoplasmic tail 5A, encoded by the KIR2DL5A gene. The protein is a known receptor on natural killer (NK) cells for HLA-C alleles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 375 residues and a mass of 40.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. The KIR2DL5.3 protein is a member of the Immunoglobulin protein superfamily.
