Anti-IL27R antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The IL27R antigen is another term for the human protein interleukin 27 receptor subunit alpha, encoded by the IL27RA gene. The protein is a known receptor for IL27. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 636 residues and a mass of 69.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and it is reported to be highly expressed in lymphoid tissues such as spleen, lymph nodes and peripheral blood leukocytes. The IL27R protein is a member of the Type I cytokine receptor protein family. Other alias names for IL27R include CRL1 and TCCR. Western Blot is the most common application for the IL27R antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
