Anti-HLC-C antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HLC-C is a known alias name of the protein major histocompatibility complex, class I, C, encoded by the HLA-C gene in humans. This 366-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in adaptive immune responses, among other biological processes. It is localized to the ER and cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for HLC-C include D6S204, D6S204, and HLA-JY3. Indicated applications for HLC-C antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
