Anti-hDx-1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the hDx-1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DTX1 gene, which encodes deltex E3 ubiquitin ligase 1. This protein is known to function in receptor-mediated signaling pathways and glial cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of hDx-1 has a canonical amino acid length of 620 residues and a protein mass of 67.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus, tonsil, and appendix. Other names for this target antigen include RNF140 and E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase DTX1. Indicated applications for hDx-1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
