Anti-H10 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target H10 is a known alias name of the protein H1.0 linker histone, encoded by the H1-0 gene in humans. This 194-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Histone H1/H5 protein family. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications.
