Anti-H-plk antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target H-plk is a known alias name of the protein zinc finger protein 117, encoded by the ZNF117 gene in humans. This 483-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell.
