Anti-GEF10 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GEF10 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ARHGEF10 gene, which encodes Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 10. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization and GTPase activation, among other biological roles. The human version of GEF10 has a canonical amino acid length of 1369 residues and a protein mass of 151.6 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be notably expressed in the testis, gallbladder, and cerebellum. This target antigen may also be known as SNCV.
