Anti-CKIepsilon antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CKIepsilon antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CSNK1E gene, which encodes casein kinase 1 epsilon. This protein is known to function in the Wnt signaling pathway and DNA repair, among other biological roles. The human version of CKIepsilon has a canonical amino acid length of 416 residues and a protein mass of 47.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as CKIe.
