Anti-ERdj2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ERdj2 is a known alias name of the protein SEC63 homolog, protein translocation regulator, encoded by the SEC63 gene in humans. This 760-amino acid residue protein is known to mediate cotranslational and post-translational transport of certain precursor polypeptides across endoplasmic reticulum (ER). It is localized to the ER of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be widely expressed, with high levels in the liver. Other synonyms for ERdj2 include DNAJC23 and PCLD2. Indicated applications for ERdj2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
