Anti-DGSX antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The DGSX antigen is another term for the human protein glypican 3, encoded by the GPC3 gene. The protein is known to function in the morphogenesis of anatomical structure and the Wnt signaling pathway, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 580 residues and a mass of 65.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is notably expressed in the placenta. The DGSX protein is a member of the Glypican protein family. Other alias names for DGSX include GTR2-2. Western Blot is the most common application for the DGSX antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
