Anti-CT53 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CT53 is a known alias name of the protein zinc finger protein 165, encoded by the ZNF165 gene in humans. This 485-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in the testis.
