Anti-DUBA8 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DUBA8 is a known alias name of the protein YOD1 deubiquitinase, encoded by the YOD1 gene in humans. This 348-amino acid residue protein is a known hydrolase that can remove conjugated ubiquitin from proteins and participates in endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) for misfolded lumenal proteins. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. Other synonyms for DUBA8 include ubiquitin thioesterase OTU1 and DUBA-8. Indicated applications for DUBA8 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
