CN1A, or 5'-nucleotidase, cytosolic IA, is a human gene encoded by NT5C1A. It may also be known as: Cytosolic 5'-nucleotidase 1A; cN1A; Cytosolic 5'-nucleotidase IA; cN-I; cN-IA; cytosolic 5' nucleotidase, type 1A; AMP-specific 5'-NT; CN1; CNI. The encoded protein is an enzyme with an amino acid length of 368 and a mass of 41.0 kDa. Other isoforms may exist. CN1A is a member of the 5'-nucleotidase type 3 family. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat, Frog, Chicken.
