Anti-CAS3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CAS3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the EFS gene, which encodes embryonal Fyn-associated substrate. This protein is known to function in cell adhesion and cell migration, among other biological roles. The human version of CAS3 has a canonical amino acid length of 561 residues and a protein mass of 58.8 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be notably expressed in many tissues, such as the caudate, skin, and breast. This target antigen may also be known as CASS3. Indicated applications for CAS3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
