Anti-ARMD10 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ARMD10 is a known alias name of the protein toll like receptor 4, encoded by the TLR4 gene in humans. This 839-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the cellular response to lipopolysaccharides, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the placenta, spleen and peripheral blood leukocytes. The term CD284 is another synonym for ARMD10. Western Blot is the most common application for the ARMD10 antibodies listed below. Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
