Anti-CT3.4 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CT3.4 is a known alias name of the protein MAGE family member B6, encoded by the MAGEB6 gene in humans. This 407-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of transcription, among other biological processes. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in the testis.
