Anti-Fndc3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Fndc3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FNDC3A gene, which encodes fibronectin type III domain containing 3A. This protein is known to function in cell adhesion and spermatid development, among other biological roles. The human version of Fndc3 has a canonical amino acid length of 1198 residues and a protein mass of 131.9 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the Golgi of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as HUGO.
