Anti-EGFR-5 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target EGFR-5 is a known alias name of the protein C-type lectin domain containing 14A, encoded by the CLEC14A gene in humans. This 490-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell migration, among other biological processes. It is localized to the membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Indicated applications for EGFR-5 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
