Anti-Brag1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Brag1 antigen is another term for the human protein IQ motif and Sec7 domain ArfGEF 2, encoded by the IQSEC2 gene. The protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1488 residues and a mass of 162.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in the brain, kidney and small intestine. The Brag1 protein is a member of the BRAG protein family. Other alias names for Brag1 include IQ-ArfGEF.
