Epab, or Poly(A) binding protein, cytoplasmic 1-like, is a human gene encoded by PABPC1L. It may also be known as: Polyadenylate-binding protein 1-like; C20orf119; PABPC1L1; dJ1069P2.3; ePAB. The encoded protein has an amino acid length of 614 and a mass of 68.4 kDa. Other isoforms may exist. Epab is a member of the Polyadenylate-binding protein type-1 family. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat, Zebrafish, Frog, Chicken.
